We are rounding the corner into the 2^nd half of the Toastmaster year where the time arises for us to be thinking of what is ahead.  Each year at the Spring conference, a new slate of District officers is elected to start the transition process from this year’s team to their own for the following year.  It’s never too early to be thinking about next year’s development.

The Nominating Committee is now accepting nominations for people that have shown great leadership ability or a willingness to hone those skills.   This may be you, a fellow member or a current leader.  Nominations are being accepted for the following positions:

• District Governor
• Lt. Governor of Education
• Lt. Governor of Marketing
• Division Governors (Central, East, South, & West)
• District Treasurer
• District Public Relations
• District Secretary
• District Sgt. At Arms
• Area Governors

All nominations must be received by March 2^nd, 2012. Anyone wishing to run whose nomination is not received by March 2nd is free to do so from the floor.
